Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 16, 2026

Here is designed to help you notice your attention. It is built to respect that attention — including your privacy.

The short version

Here does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. Here has no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs, and makes no network requests. The app does not require an account and never asks you to sign in.

Your data stays on your device

Anything you create in Here — such as the moments you record — is stored locally on your device (and, where applicable, in a private app group shared only between Here and its own components on that same device). This information is never sent to us or to anyone else. If you delete the app, that local data is removed with it.

Third parties

Here does not integrate any third-party services, trackers, or software development kits. Because the app does not transmit data, no third party receives information about you through Here.

Children's privacy

Here does not collect data from anyone, including children. No personal information is gathered regardless of the user's age.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds a feature that handles data differently — this page will be updated and the date at the top will change. Material changes will be reflected here before the relevant version ships.

Contact

Questions about this policy can be directed to the developer of Here. A contact address will be provided here before the app is released.
